Pick Your Own Apples, Wagon Rides and Farm Tours

At the Red Apple Barn, we offer a fun time on our family’s working farm. A wagon ride from the Apple Barn behind the tractor will take you to the apple orchard and up the mountain. You pick your own apples and enjoy a beautiful natural mountain setting on the tour. Our family dog may ever pay you a visit! She loves meeting new friends!

We have folks from all ages visit our orchards. Babies pick their first apples and patients from assisted living centers come using their walkers. Other groups bring picnic lunches and have class reunions here.

A group from Taiwan came and sat in the orchard for hours just enjoying the peace and quiet and God’s beautiful scenery (and our dog!).

The last 2 years we have even had "Marriage Proposals" in apple orchard. (Guys, please call ahead if you are going to do this")

Tour Buses

Tour buses are welcome anytime at the Red Apple Barn. We welcome you to come by enjoy your trip seeing all the apple products and baked goods.

If you are looking for somewhere close by to eat, Sue’s Restaurant (706-635-5500) is just a quarter mile up the hill from the Apple Barn. There are plenty of other eating options around town also.
